Nodinson has strictly qualtiy control system either for mold making or mold components machining process. The mold components are strictly inpsected from ther material purchasing, rough CNC machining, heat treatment, precise machining. We have precise CNC maches with inspection online function. The CNC machining mold components can be inspected in machines directly and corret the dimension out of tolerance allowance immediately. We also have CMM in house. We will do final inspection after all machining for mold components completely. The report will be sent to customer for approval of shipment releasing.
