Quality is the life of Nodinson in injection mold manufacturing and injection molding. The quality control is the key of quality in the whole process of mold making and plastic molding. Nodinson has complete quality control system from Part drawing analysis, mold design, mold making to mold shipment or plastic molding and plastic parts shipment. The hardness of steel are inspected after arrival. The critical components are strictly inspected after machining. We ensure the tolerance of critical dimension of components are within the allowance of our customers’ tolerance specification. The part are inspected and tested one dimension by one dimension according to customer tolerance specification. We send the FAI report to customer. Every components are inspected and checked carefully one by one when they are assembled for shipment. Our team understand how important the quality to customer and us.
