Files you upload are sent to our sales mailbox together with your request and are deleted from the web server after sending. We treat your drawings and models as confidential and use them only for your quotation and project. We sign an NDA on request.

Quote requests are delivered to our company email and also saved in the administration area of this website, which only our staff can access. Our team works from Shenzhen, China, so your data is processed in China.
