Medical parts must be consistent, clean and traceable. We build molds and mold parts for medical device manufacturers with those needs in mind: stainless steels, validated process settings and documented materials.
At T1 we fix melt temperature, pressure and cooling time, measure every cavity and issue a first article inspection report. These settings become the reference for every production batch. Resin is bought from authorized agents and certificates are kept per lot.
Our molding workshop runs under ISO 9001:2015. If your product must be molded in a clean room, we can build the mold and ship it to your clean-room molder, or discuss the options at the quote stage.
